Refund policy

We have a 14-day Remake policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a remake.

If you do not have fantastic edge to edge vision correction with your new prescription glasses, notify us within 14 days. We will investigate the problem and happily remake them. In the extremely rare case that a remake is necessary, it most likely would be due to a doctor error as we have a triple check QC process, including a robotic eye that verifies each prescription is correct. 

If you do not care for the lens tint or other feature, we may be able to remake the lenses either at no charge, or for the difference in cost of what you choose. 

Please take advantage of our optional 2 year accidental scratch remake warranty. If you accidentally scratch the lenses within the first 2 years, we will remake them for free. You only have to pay the shipping. Obvious industrial or vehicle accidents are excluded. 


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Prescription and custom made glasses are not refundable as the product is made specifically for you.
